"I had the same State Farm agent for more than 30 years. When he retired State Farm assigned me to Miguel Romo as my new agent, without any input from me. At first, I wasn't pleased by this assignment because I didn't know or know of this agent. Shortly thereafter, I had a claim where I was having some difficulty with the claims person, so I called Mr. Romo, and asked for his help. Wow! Miguel (no longer "Mr. Romo") jumped right in, interceded on my behalf and quickly resolved the issue with the claims department. Over the past couple of years, he has surpassed all my expectations on several occasions. I am pleased to report that he is very professional, very knowledgeable about insurance matters, and genuinely concerned about his clients' welfare. Five stars are not enough for this insurance agent! One final note: Before writing this review, I read all of his reviews on Google: there are 3 recent "1" star reviews which appear to have been made by the same person at the same time. Just looking at the first name of the 1 star reviews--"Chinga Madre"--should reveal, especially to those of you fluent in Spanish, that these three reviews are not based on fact. It is clear to me that Miguel Romo actually practices that which State Farm advertises--"Like a good neighbor, Miguel Romo is there.""
